I have been practicing and teaching energy work since 2003 and love to connect with people and help clear their emotional, physical and spiritual forms.
I'm honored to do this practice and get to see the peace and transformation that people experience during and after their sessions.
I grew up in a family who valued meditation. My grandmothers would wake up early and sit in stillness to feel the expansiveness of God/Universe. They would listen for the still small voice inside.
